MODERN

The system MODERN consists of four soft curved aluminium profiles with the possibility of inserting a removable information inlay. Each profile has a fixed insert width that conforms to the DIN format.

Profile selection.

The width of the profile is selected depending on the type of the sign and the size of the text. Table signs can be made only from profiles 78 and 109 mm wide. For other types of signs, all profile widths are suitable.

Types of signs:

Table sign.
Single-sided wall sign.
Double-sided hanging sign.
Double-sided flag type sign.

Information inlay.

An inlay is fixed in special grooves on the sides of the profile. Additionally, it's covered with a transparent plastic insertion, for example, PET. To remove the plastic is used a suction cup. The most common inlay material is a paper. It's also possible to use other sheet materials.

The total inlay hickness should not exceed 2mm!

The transparent plastic insertion is not included with the profile!

Fitting of all sign types:

Cutting of profile at an angle of 90°.
Installation of information inlay.
Installation of components. Selection of endcaps is based on the type of sign. All caps are equipped with self-tapping screws for assembly.

Endcap types:

Table caps (set 2 pcs).
Single-sided caps.
Double-sided caps.
Double-sided flag type caps.

Mounting of signs:

Single-sided signs are attached to the wall with double-sided adhesive tape or self-tapping screws. Holes for self-tapping screws are not provided in the profile configuration and should be done separately.
Suspension of double-sided signs is carried out with the help of a cable and remote holders.
Double-sided flag type signs are attached to the wall with self-tapping screws. Holes are provided in the flag type caps.
